DESIGN PURCHASES LIMITS / PROHIBITIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOU MAY:
* Use the png files on completed items such as headbands, tumblers, t-shirts, hats, etc
* Change the color of a single-color png file to another single color
* Resize files to fit your finished product
* Sell printed transfers, stickers, wholesale items, etc
* Use our files to create designs for finished products; This means you can take a seamless design and use it to help create a tumbler design to create your product. You CANNOT sell the design but you can use it to create finished end products.

YOU MAY NOT:
* Order custom screen prints through an unlicensed vendor
* Take our files and incorporate them into another digital design to sell
* Resell Two Peas Digitals files or part of Two Peas Digitals files
* Post mockups or items without a proper watermark to protect the art of Two Peas Digitals
* Share png files with ANY ONE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS
* Post files in dump groups
* Post our files to your Facebook group or any platform or messenger without a watermark
* Share drive purchases with any other business owner or person

FAILURE TO PURCHASE LICENSING, AND BREAKING ANY TERMS OF CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN A BAN OF THE USE OF FILES.
ONE LICENSE IS VALID FOR ONE BUSINESS ONLY. IT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE / NON-APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE BUSINESSES.   

Violation of these terms and conditions can and will result in action taken against you and your business. It is up to the customer to be fully aware of the terms and conditions before making any purchases with Two Peas. This license is meant to be purchased in conjunction with files or images themselves. There is no artwork that comes with the extended commercial license add-on. It merely extends the usage rights of artwork purchased separately.  Failing to purchase this license may also result in the revocation of all commercial rights to any previously purchased designs without a refund.  If you are not following licensing, you may be removed and banned from using and purchasing all Two Peas Digitals files (including ones you've purchased beforehand). If proof of sales/licensing is requested, and you are unable to provide it, I have the right to revoke commercial rights and refuse service/sales to you.  if you are selling through another business or an employee of a business that business must also hold all necessary licensing and purchase the designs under their business as well.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
Due to the nature of these digital products, I do not accept refunds or exchanges.
